Happy New Year!
We have put together a lot of new and exciting classes. We also have two events that you will all want to attend. The first event is that Debbi Lashbrook from Bernina of America is returning. Everyone so loved her – we begged her to come back! She is a Bernina educator and a software specialist. She helped develop the My Label software – this time she will also be showing some finer sewing and finishing techniques.
Our second event is Ultimate Embroidery. The Ultimate Embroidery Program will feature a trunk show with lots of projects designed to indulge your embroidery creativity and delight your senses! This is a great event for anyone who likes to embroider, no matter what kind of machine you own.

The Yarn Corner
A New Year and new ideas for the yarn corner. Of course we will be doing the basic learning to knit classes and then the basic sock classes, but Twyla is going to be doing a Sock Quarterly and Scarf Quarterly. These are classes designed for students that already know how to knit basic socks and scarves and want to learn something new using different techniques. If you want to get involved make sure you take a basic class in knitting and then basic sock class so you can join in on the fun. There will be new class each quarter for socks and another one for scarves.
You have enjoyed doing the entrelac hat and after you have learned the basic entrelac we are going to be offering several other projects made with this interesting technique. You must be familiar with the basic entrelac to sign up for the new projects, so take the basic entrelac hat to be prepared.
If you have taken a class and are having problems finishing up a project come to the free knit club the first Friday afternoon of each month!!! Mark it on the calendar!
Join in on the fun of knitting, you won’t believe what you can do!
